It is not recommended to calibrate your cgm device when sensor or blood glucose values are changing rapidly e g following a meal or physical exercise.

For cgm users follow the find lost sensor procedure to re establish communication with the sensor.
For example insert so the sensor on the bottom and the transmitter sits on top.
If this happens you ll need to insert a new sensor.
Sensor signal not found.
It has reached the end of its useful life.
Try a different orientations for the sensor and transmitter.

The sensor itself can also contribute to potential losses in communication if it is pulled out from the skin.
If inserted in these areas it may decrease the flow of interstitial fluid or the sensor may kink.
Select ok to clear the alert.
If the alert persists test your transmitter with the tester.
If not correct go to the utilities menu and reset the date and time.
The glucose sensor signals are either too high or too low.
If a control solution test is out of range please note that the result may be transmitted to your pump when in the always send mode.
After multiple attempts the pump failed to detect the transmitter and is unable to receive sensor signal.
You do not need to change the glucose sensor.

Your sensor and transmitter may have become disconnected.
Remove the transmitter from the sensor for about ten seconds and then reconnect it to the sensor.
